Important information about using this website and making enquiries.
Last updated: 4 November 2026.
This website provides general information about odello's current positioning, intended services, developing opportunities and future aspirations.
No binding offer
Information on this website does not constitute a binding quotation, product offer, service commitment, warranty or contract. Pricing, equipment, installation, availability, support and commercial terms are subject to written confirmation and formal agreement.
Development-stage activities
References to an odello-owned public charging network, future electric bikes, scooters and certain energy solutions describe a planned or exploratory direction. They must not be interpreted as presently available infrastructure, installed charging locations or products already for sale.
Technical assessment
All charging and energy projects depend on technical feasibility, available electrical capacity, permissions, supply arrangements, qualified electrical work and applicable South African laws, standards and safety requirements.
Property partnerships
Submitting a potential charger host location does not guarantee approval, installation, equipment funding, site rental, income, electricity reimbursement or revenue share. Any arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care in presenting useful information, but service descriptions, project availability and the future roadmap may change. Product and site images may be illustrative concepts rather than completed or commercially available products.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the odello brand identity, original designs, website text and digital assets are provided for viewing through this website and should not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Certain images are illustrative.

Any third-party links are supplied for convenience and do not imply a guarantee or endorsement of third-party information or services.
